25:7
When Pinchas, a son of Eleazar and a grandson of Aaron the priest, saw this, he rose up from the midst of the assemblage and took a spear in his hand.
Vayar Pinchas ben-El’azar ben-Aharon hakohen vayakom mitoch ha’edah vayikach romach beyado.
וַיַּרְא, פִּינְחָס בֶּן-אֶלְעָזָר, בֶּן-אַהֲרֹן, הַכֹּהֵן; וַיָּקָם מִתּוֹךְ הָעֵדָה, וַיִּקַּח רֹמַח בְּיָדוֹ.

25:8
He followed the Israelite man into the tent’s inner chamber, and ran them through, [driving the spear] through the Israelite man and woman’s groin. With that, the plague that had struck the Israelites was arrested.
Vayavo achar ish-Yisra’el el-hakubah vayidkor et-shneyhem et ish Yisra’el ve’et-ha’ishah el-kavatah vate’atsar hamagefah me’al beney Yisra’el.
וַיָּבֹא אַחַר אִישׁ-יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶל-הַקֻּבָּה, וַיִּדְקֹר אֶת-שְׁנֵיהֶם–אֵת אִישׁ יִשְׂרָאֵל, וְאֶת-הָאִשָּׁה אֶל-קֳבָתָהּ; וַתֵּעָצַר, הַמַּגֵּפָה, מֵעַל, בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל.

25:9
In that plague, 24,000 people had died.
Vayihyu hametim bamagefah arba’ah ve’esrim alef.
וַיִּהְיוּ, הַמֵּתִים בַּמַּגֵּפָה–אַרְבָּעָה וְעֶשְׂרִים, אָלֶף.
