28:1
God spoke to Moses, telling him to

Vayedaber Adonay el-Moshe lemor.

28:2
give the Israelites instructions and tell them: Be careful to offer My fire-offering food sacrifice to Me in its proper time as My appeasing fragrance.

Tsav et-beney Yisra’el ve’amarta alehem et-korbani lachmi le’ishay re’ach nichochi tishmeru lehakriv li bemo’ado.

28:3
Tell them that the fire offering that they must offer to God shall consist of two yearling sheep without blemish each day as a regular daily burnt offering.

Ve’amarta lahem zeh ha’isheh asher takrivu l’Adonay kvasim bney-shanah tmimim shnayim layom olah tamid.

28:4
Prepare one sheep in the morning, and the second sheep in the afternoon.

Et-hakeves echad ta’aseh vaboker ve’et hakeves hasheni ta’aseh beyn ha’arba’im.

28:5
There shall also be 1/10 ephah of wheat meal for the grain offering, mixed with 1/4 hin hand pressed olive oil.

Va’asirit ha’eyfah solet leminchah blulah beshemen katit revi’it hahin.

28:6
This is the regular daily burnt offering, [the same as that] presented at Mount Sinai as an appeasing fragrance, a fire offering to God.

Olat tamid ha’asuyah behar Sinay lere’ach nichoach isheh l’Adonay.

28:7
Its libation, shall be 1/4 hin wine for each sheep, poured in the sanctuary as a libation, a drink offering to God.

Venisko revi’it hahin lakeves ha’echad bakodesh hasech nesech shechar l’Adonay.

28:8
Present the second sheep in the afternoon. You shall present it [with the same] meal offering and libation as the morning [sacrifice]; it is a fire offering, an appeasing fragrance to God.

Ve’et hakeves hasheni ta’aseh beyn ha’arba’im keminchat haboker uchenisko ta’aseh isheh re’ach nichoach l’Adonay.

28:9
On the Sabbath day, [you shall present] two [additional] yearling sheep without blemish, 2/10 [ephah] wheat meal mixed with oil as a grain offering, and its libation.

Uveyom haShabat shney chvasim beney-shanah tmimim ushney esronim solet minchah blulah vashemen venisko.

28:10
This is the burnt offering presented each Sabbath in addition to the regular daily burnt offering and its libation.

Olat Shabat beShabato al-olat hatamid veniskah.

28:11
On your new moon festivals you shall present as a burnt offering to God, two young bulls, one ram, and seven yearling sheep, [all] without blemish.

Uverashey chodesheychem takrivu olah l’Adonay parim bney-vakar shnayim ve’ayil echad kvasim bney-shanah shiv’ah tmimim.

28:12
There shall be a grain offering of 3/10 [ephah] wheat meal mixed with oil for each bull, a grain offering of 2/10 [ephah] wheat meal mixed with oil for the ram,

Ushloshah esronim solet minchah blulah vashemen lapar ha’echad ushney esronim solet minchah blulah bashemen la’ayil ha’echad.

28:13
and a grain offering of 1/10 [ephah] mixed with oil for each sheep. This shall be burnt offering [presented] as an appeasing fragrance to God.

Ve’isaron isaron solet minchah blulah vashemen lakeves ha’echad olah re’ach nichoach isheh l’Adonay.

28:14
Their wine libations shall consist of 1/2 hin for each bull, 1/3 hin for the ram, and 1/4 hin for each sheep. This is the new moon burnt offering, for the year’s lunar months.

Veniskeyhem chatsi hahin yihyeh lapar ushlishit hahin la’ayil urevi’it hahin lakeves yayin zot olat chodesh bechodsho lechodshey hashanah.

28:15
There shall also be one goat [presented] as a sin offering to God. [All this] shall be presented in addition to the regular daily burnt offering and its libation.

Use’ir izim echad lechatat l’Adonay al-olat hatamid ye’aseh venisko.
