36:8
All the most talented craftsmen worked on the tabernacle itself, which consisted of ten tapestries made of twined linen, together with sky-blue, dark red and crimson wool, brocaded with cherubs.
Vaya’asu chol-chacham-lev be’osey hamelachah et-haMishkan eser yeri’ot shesh moshezar utchelet ve’argaman vetola’at shani keruvim ma’aseh choshev asah otam.
וַיַּעֲשׂוּ כָל-חֲכַם-לֵב בְּעֹשֵׂי הַמְּלָאכָה, אֶת-הַמִּשְׁכָּן–עֶשֶׂר יְרִיעֹת: שֵׁשׁ מָשְׁזָר, וּתְכֵלֶת וְאַרְגָּמָן וְתוֹלַעַת שָׁנִי–כְּרֻבִים מַעֲשֵׂה חֹשֵׁב, עָשָׂה אֹתָם.

36:9
All the tapestries were the same size, 28 cubits long and 4 cubits wide.
Orech hayeri’ah ha’achat shmoneh ve’esrim ba’amah verochav arba ba’amah hayeri’ah ha’echat midah achat lechol-hayeri’ot.
אֹרֶךְ הַיְרִיעָה הָאַחַת, שְׁמֹנֶה וְעֶשְׂרִים בָּאַמָּה, וְרֹחַב אַרְבַּע בָּאַמָּה, הַיְרִיעָה הָאֶחָת: מִדָּה אַחַת, לְכָל-הַיְרִיעֹת.

36:10
The [first] five tapestries were sewn together, as were the other five.
Vayechaber et-chamesh hayeri’ot achat el-echat vechamesh yeri’ot chibar achat el-echat.
וַיְחַבֵּר אֶת-חֲמֵשׁ הַיְרִיעֹת, אַחַת אֶל-אֶחָת; וְחָמֵשׁ יְרִיעֹת חִבַּר, אַחַת אֶל-אֶחָת.

36:11
Loops of sky-blue wool were made on the innermost tapestry of the second group [of five].
Vaya’as lule’ot techelet al sfat hayeri’ah ha’echat mikatsah bamachbaret ken asah bisfat hayeri’ah hakitsonah bamachberet hashenit.
וַיַּעַשׂ לֻלְאֹת תְּכֵלֶת, עַל שְׂפַת הַיְרִיעָה הָאֶחָת, מִקָּצָה, בַּמַּחְבָּרֶת; כֵּן עָשָׂה, בִּשְׂפַת הַיְרִיעָה, הַקִּיצוֹנָה, בַּמַּחְבֶּרֶת הַשֵּׁנִית.

36:12
There were 50 loops on the first tapestry, and 50 on is counterpart on the second group, with all the loops [on one side] parallel to those [on the other side].
Chamishim lula’ot asah bayeri’ah ha’echat vachamishim lula’ot asah biktseh hayeri’ah asher bamachberet hashenit makbilot halula’ot achat el-echat.
חֲמִשִּׁים לֻלָאֹת, עָשָׂה בַּיְרִיעָה הָאֶחָת, וַחֲמִשִּׁים לֻלָאֹת עָשָׂה בִּקְצֵה הַיְרִיעָה, אֲשֶׁר בַּמַּחְבֶּרֶת הַשֵּׁנִית: מַקְבִּילֹת, הַלֻּלָאֹת–אַחַת, אֶל-אֶחָת.

36:13
Fifty gold fasteners were made to attach [the sets of] tapestries together to make the tabernacle into a single unit.
Vaya’as chamishim karsey zahav vayechaber et-hayeri’ot achat el-achat bakrasim vayehi haMishkan echad.
וַיַּעַשׂ, חֲמִשִּׁים קַרְסֵי זָהָב; וַיְחַבֵּר אֶת-הַיְרִיעֹת אַחַת אֶל-אַחַת, בַּקְּרָסִים, וַיְהִי הַמִּשְׁכָּן, אֶחָד.

36:14
They made sheets of goats’ wool for the over-tent covering the tabernacle. There were 11 such sheets,
Vaya’as yeri’ot izim le’ohel al-haMishkan ashtey-esreh yeri’ot asah otam.
וַיַּעַשׂ יְרִיעֹת עִזִּים, לְאֹהֶל עַל-הַמִּשְׁכָּן: עַשְׁתֵּי-עֶשְׂרֵה יְרִיעֹת, עָשָׂה אֹתָם.

36:15
and all 11 were the same size, 30 cubits long, and 4 cubits wide.
Orech hayeri’ah ha’achat shloshim ba’amah ve’arba amot rochav hayeri’ah ha’echat midah achat le’ashtey esreh yeri’ot.
אֹרֶךְ הַיְרִיעָה הָאַחַת, שְׁלֹשִׁים בָּאַמָּה, וְאַרְבַּע אַמּוֹת, רֹחַב הַיְרִיעָה הָאֶחָת: מִדָּה אַחַת, לְעַשְׁתֵּי עֶשְׂרֵה יְרִיעֹת.

36:16
Five sheets were sewn together to form one group, and six to form the [second] group.
Vayechaber et-chamesh hayeri’ot levad ve’et-shesh hayeri’ot levad.
וַיְחַבֵּר אֶת-חֲמֵשׁ הַיְרִיעֹת, לְבָד; וְאֶת-שֵׁשׁ הַיְרִיעֹת, לְבָד.

36:17
Fifty loops were made on the innermost sheet of the [first] group, and [another] fifty on the innermost sheet of the second group.
Vaya’as lula’ot chamishim al sfat hayeri’ah hakitsonah bamachbaret vachamishim lula’ot asah al-sfat hayeri’ah hachoveret hashenit.
וַיַּעַשׂ לֻלָאֹת חֲמִשִּׁים, עַל שְׂפַת הַיְרִיעָה, הַקִּיצֹנָה, בַּמַּחְבָּרֶת; וַחֲמִשִּׁים לֻלָאֹת, עָשָׂה עַל-שְׂפַת הַיְרִיעָה, הַחֹבֶרֶת, הַשֵּׁנִית.

36:18
They made 50 copper fasteners to join the over-tent together and make it a single unit.
Vaya’as karsey nechoshet chamishim lechaber et-ha’ohel lihyot echad.
וַיַּעַשׂ קַרְסֵי נְחֹשֶׁת, חֲמִשִּׁים, לְחַבֵּר אֶת-הָאֹהֶל, לִהְיֹת אֶחָד.

36:19
They made a roof for the tabernacle out of reddened rams’ skins, and [another] roof above it out of blue processed hides.
Vaya’as michseh la’ohel orot eylim me’odamim umichseh orot techashim milemalah.
וַיַּעַשׂ מִכְסֶה לָאֹהֶל, עֹרֹת אֵילִם מְאָדָּמִים, וּמִכְסֵה עֹרֹת תְּחָשִׁים, מִלְמָעְלָה.
