Leviticus 26:3 – 27:24

27:32
All tithes of the herds and flocks shall be given when they are counted under the rod, with every tenth one being consecrated to God.
Vechol-masar bakar vatson kol asher-ya’avor tachat hashavet ha’asiri yihyeh-kodesh l’Adonay.
וְכָל-מַעְשַׂר בָּקָר וָצֹאן, כֹּל אֲשֶׁר-יַעֲבֹר תַּחַת הַשָּׁבֶט–הָעֲשִׂירִי, יִהְיֶה-קֹּדֶשׁ לַיהוָה.

27:33
No distinction may be made between better and worse animals, and no substitutions may be made. If a substitution is made, then both [the original animal] and its replacement shall be consecrated and not redeemable.
Lo yevaker beyn-tov lara velo yemirenu ve’im-hamer yemirenu vehayah-hu utmurato yihyeh-kodesh lo yiga’el.
לֹא יְבַקֵּר בֵּין-טוֹב לָרַע, וְלֹא יְמִירֶנּוּ; וְאִם-הָמֵר יְמִירֶנּוּ, וְהָיָה-הוּא וּתְמוּרָתוֹ יִהְיֶה-קֹּדֶשׁ לֹא יִגָּאֵל.

27:34
These are the commandments that God gave Moses for the Israelites at Mount Sinai.
Eleh hamitsvot asher tsivah Adonay et-Moshe el-beney Yisra’el behar Sinay.
אֵלֶּה הַמִּצְו‍ֹת, אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה אֶת-מֹשֶׁה–אֶל-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל: בְּהַר, סִינָי.
