וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֶל-מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר, אֲנִי יְהוָה; דַּבֵּר, אֶל-פַּרְעֹה מֶלֶךְ מִצְרַיִם, אֵת כָּל-אֲשֶׁר אֲנִי, דֹּבֵר אֵלֶיךָ.
