14:21
If [the leper] is poor and cannot afford [the above sacrifices], he shall take one [male] sheep as a guilt offering. This shall be the wave offering to atone for him. [He shall also take] one-tenth [ephah] of the best grade wheat meal mixed with oil as a meal offering, and a log of olive oil.
Ve’im dal hu ve’eyn yado maseget velakach keves echad asham litnufah lechaper alav ve’isaron solet echad balul bashemen leminchah velog shamen.
וְאִם-דַּל הוּא, וְאֵין יָדוֹ מַשֶּׂגֶת–וְלָקַח כֶּבֶשׂ אֶחָד אָשָׁם לִתְנוּפָה, לְכַפֵּר עָלָיו; וְעִשָּׂרוֹן סֹלֶת אֶחָד בָּלוּל בַּשֶּׁמֶן, לְמִנְחָה–וְלֹג שָׁמֶן.

14:22
[In addition, he shall bring] two turtle doves or two young common doves, as he can afford, one for a sin offering, and one for a burnt offering.
Ushtey torim o shney bney yonah asher tasig yado vehayah echad chatat veha’echad olah.
וּשְׁתֵּי תֹרִים, אוֹ שְׁנֵי בְּנֵי יוֹנָה, אֲשֶׁר תַּשִּׂיג, יָדוֹ; וְהָיָה אֶחָד חַטָּאת, וְהָאֶחָד עֹלָה.

14:23
On the eighth day of his purification, he shall bring them to the priest, to the Communion Tent entrance, before God.
Vehevi otam bayom hashmini letahorato el-hakohen el-petach ohel-mo’ed lifney Adonay.
וְהֵבִיא אֹתָם בַּיּוֹם הַשְּׁמִינִי, לְטָהֳרָתוֹ–אֶל-הַכֹּהֵן: אֶל-פֶּתַח אֹהֶל-מוֹעֵד, לִפְנֵי יְהוָה.

14:24
The priest shall take the guilt offering sheep and the log of oil, and wave them in the motions prescribed for a wave offering before God.
Velakach hakohen et-keves ha’asham ve’et-log hashamen vehenif otam hakohen tnufah lifney Adonay.
וְלָקַח הַכֹּהֵן אֶת-כֶּבֶשׂ הָאָשָׁם, וְאֶת-לֹג הַשָּׁמֶן; וְהֵנִיף אֹתָם הַכֹּהֵן תְּנוּפָה, לִפְנֵי יְהוָה.

14:25
He shall slaughter the guilt offering sheep. The priest shall take the blood of the guilt offering and place it on the right ear lobe, the right thumb, and the right big toe of the person undergoing purification.
Veshachat et-keves ha’asham velakach hakohen midam ha’asham venatan al-tnuch ozen-hamitaher hayemanit ve’al-bohen yado hayemanit ve’al-bohen raglo hayemanit.
וְשָׁחַט, אֶת-כֶּבֶשׂ הָאָשָׁם, וְלָקַח הַכֹּהֵן מִדַּם הָאָשָׁם, וְנָתַן עַל-תְּנוּךְ אֹזֶן-הַמִּטַּהֵר הַיְמָנִית; וְעַל-בֹּהֶן יָדוֹ הַיְמָנִית, וְעַל-בֹּהֶן רַגְלוֹ הַיְמָנִית.

14:26
The priest shall then pour some of the oil onto the left hand of [another] priest.
Umin-hashemen yitsok hakohen al-kaf hakohen hasmalit.
וּמִן-הַשֶּׁמֶן, יִצֹק הַכֹּהֵן, עַל-כַּף הַכֹּהֵן, הַשְּׂמָאלִית.

14:27
With his right finger, [this second] priest shall sprinkle some of the oil on his left hand seven times before God.
Vehizah hakohen be’etsba’o hayemanit min-hashemen asher al-kapo hasmalit sheva pe’amim lifney Adonay.
וְהִזָּה הַכֹּהֵן, בְּאֶצְבָּעוֹ הַיְמָנִית, מִן-הַשֶּׁמֶן, אֲשֶׁר עַל-כַּפּוֹ הַשְּׂמָאלִית–שֶׁבַע פְּעָמִים, לִפְנֵי יְהוָה.

14:28
The priest shall place some of the oil from his hand on the right ear lobe, right thumb and right big toe of the person undergoing purification, right over the place where the blood of the guilt offering [was put].
Venatan hakohen min-hashemen asher al-kapo al-tenuch ozen hamitaher hayemanit ve’al-bohen yado hayemanit ve’al-bohen raglo hayemanit al-mekom dam ha’asham.
וְנָתַן הַכֹּהֵן מִן-הַשֶּׁמֶן אֲשֶׁר עַל-כַּפּוֹ, עַל-תְּנוּךְ אֹזֶן הַמִּטַּהֵר הַיְמָנִית, וְעַל-בֹּהֶן יָדוֹ הַיְמָנִית, וְעַל-בֹּהֶן רַגְלוֹ הַיְמָנִית–עַל-מְקוֹם, דַּם הָאָשָׁם.

14:29
The priest shall then place the rest of the oil that is in his hand on the head of the person undergoing purification. [With all this] he shall make atonement for [the person] before God.
Vehanotar min-hashemen asher al-kaf hakohen yiten al-rosh hamitaher lechaper alav lifney Adonay.
וְהַנּוֹתָר, מִן-הַשֶּׁמֶן אֲשֶׁר עַל-כַּף הַכֹּהֵן, יִתֵּן, עַל-רֹאשׁ הַמִּטַּהֵר–לְכַפֵּר עָלָיו, לִפְנֵי יְהוָה.

14:30
He shall then prepare one of the turtle doves or young common doves that [the person] was able to afford.
Ve’asah et-ha’echad min-hatorim o min-beney hayonah me’asher tasig yado.
וְעָשָׂה אֶת-הָאֶחָד מִן-הַתֹּרִים, אוֹ מִן-בְּנֵי הַיּוֹנָה, מֵאֲשֶׁר תַּשִּׂיג, יָדוֹ.

14:31
[Taking this offering] that the person could afford, [the priest] shall sacrifice one [bird] as a sin offering and one as a meal offering, [and then present] the meal offering. The priest shall thus make atonement before God for the person undergoing purification.
Et asher-tasig yado et-ha’echad chatat ve’et-ha’echad olah al-haminchah vechiper hakohen al hamitaher lifney Adonay.
אֵת אֲשֶׁר-תַּשִּׂיג יָדוֹ, אֶת-הָאֶחָד חַטָּאת וְאֶת-הָאֶחָד עֹלָה–עַל-הַמִּנְחָה; וְכִפֶּר הַכֹּהֵן עַל הַמִּטַּהֵר, לִפְנֵי יְהוָה.

14:32
The above is the [entire] law concerning the person who has the mark of the leprous curse on him, and who cannot afford [more] for his purification.
Zot torat asher-bo nega tsara’at asher lo-tasig yado betahorato.
זֹאת תּוֹרַת, אֲשֶׁר-בּוֹ נֶגַע צָרָעַת, אֲשֶׁר לֹא-תַשִּׂיג יָדוֹ, בְּטָהֳרָתוֹ.
